I wanted to make a sympathy card from this fabulous set Vintage Scripture. I love the ornate frame that comes with it. I decided to go with a vintage look of verdigris so I stamped in Island Indigo first and then stamped with Encore Gold right over the top. I gave it a good sponging with Baked Brown sugar and matted it with Early Espresso cardstock. I customized a doiley by inking it with the Encore gold stamp pad and gave it plenty of time to dry. Lastly, I added both elements over the top of some paper from Basic Gray that just happened to match perfectly.
