KWerner's Color Challenge #16

This is the inspiration picture from KWerner CC16
I love this picture I think I tried making these booties
before but you need really high quality felt to make it worthwhile.
The colors were great to work with, and here's the card
I whipped up this morning. I have to say it is refreshing
just playing along with challenges right now.

I thought the Scallop Notes would be perfect for this project, which come in Soft Sky, Very Vanilla and Kraft (these will be retired for sure because of the soft sky). They measure 4" x 2 3/4". Petite but great for gift giving. I used some of the die cut flowers from the summer mini which one of the colors was Pumpkin Pie and a 1" circle punched from Certainly Celery. I also had stamped the circle from the A Beautiful Thing on top of that piece. The strip of flowers is stamped in Very Vanilla along the bottom of the ribbon with the centers stamped in Soft Sky. Ribbon Celery and Double stitched soft sky (soon to be retired).

Stamp Set: A Beautiful Thing
Ink: Soft Sky, Certainly Celery, Very Vanilla craft
Card Stock: Scallop Notes - soft sky
Accessories: Ribbon double stitched soft sky, 1/4" celery grosgrain, silver brad, 1/2" circle punch, 1" circle punch, die cut flowers, dimensionals

It's wonderful E! I love those colors and you made them look gorgeous here. I need to do more challenges to help me think outside the box.
Hugs,

This is gorgeous! We have just got the die-cut flowers here in Australia and I have to say I love them.

Thanks for visiting my blog Erica. It's nice to peek into so many new peoples crafting lives isn't it?

Kind regards
Alex
