SSInk: Bokeh Technique

oh boy! This Technique is so much fun. I had a brainstorm to use it with the new Festival of Trees stamp set. The Bokeh look was perfect for the look of snow falling. I added some glitter to some of the circles, unfortunately it doesn't photograph very well. I added a layer of vellum embossed with the Decorative Dots embossing folder. I love how it repeats the look of the Bokeh.
